About Milliman Quarter Horses:
Clint and Jessica Milliman are both originally from Illinois. Although, Jessica spent much of her youth growing up in central New Mexico. Both Clint and Jessica attended Southern Illinois University and were on the College Rodeo Team competing in the Ozark Region. Clint competed in Bullriding and Jessica competed in Barrel Racing and Goat Tying. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a specialization in Equine Science and a Masters in Plant and Soil Science with an emphasis on education. She also completed her Kansas Cosmetology license and owns Polished. Salon. in Hoxie. Clint has both a Bachelor and Masters in Agribusiness Economics.
Clint and Jessica train their own horses and outside horses. Clint also does a little farrier work when needed for Jessica and others. Feel free to call or email us if you have training or farrier needs.
We also can be found most weekends at a barrel race somewhere in Kansas, Nebraska, or Colorado. We have several nice geldings and mares that can be found running anywhere from the 1D to the 4D. Jessica can also be found quite a few weekends in the office at a barrel race as we produce barrel races. We produce the Hoxie Barrel Racing Buckle Series -this will be our 17th year.
Associations we are members of include or have included: Kansas Farm Bureau (County President - Clint), Kansas Horse Council (District I Regional Rep - Jessica), Kansas Farriers Association (Clint), American Quarter Horse Association, Better Barrel Racers, Mile Hi Barrel Horse Association, National Barrel Horse Association, Kansas Pro Rodeo Association, and Southwest Barrel Racing Association, &Nebraska 4D.
